08/06/2009   Health Risk Assessment on myRegence.com gets a new name

How are Health Assessments, Personal Health Assessments, Health Risk Questionnaires (HRQ), Health Risk Assessments (HRA) and General Health Assessments (GHA) different?

They’re not. All are names for the same tool.

This week updates were made to the Health Risk Assessment (HRA) on myRegence.com to consistently call it a General Health Assessment (GHA). In addition, the following changes have been made to help increase member awareness and simplify navigation to this popular tool:
  • The My Health drop-down menu in the primary navigation bar will now link directly to the GHA.
  • On the homepage, in the My Health area, the GHA promotion is more visible.
  • The GHA page will more prominently list previously taken assessments.
The new name will eliminate concern around the word "risk" in Health Risk Assessment. It will also alleviate any confusion with Health Reimbursement Accounts, which share the same acronym. The GHA questionnaire itself remains unchanged.

If you have any questions, please talk to your Regence Sales contact.
