Hether Lee promoted to regional director of sales for Regence Life and Health
Regence Life and Health Insurance Company recently promoted Hether Lee to regional director
of sales. With this promotion, Hether will expand her current responsibilities to include
best practices, reporting and processes for Washington, Idaho and Utah. Her current
responsibilities and commitment to Oregon will not change.
Hether has played an integral role in developing a model office in Oregon. The expansion of
her scope recognizes her significant contribution to the growth and success of RLH and
expresses the organization's confidence that her participation will benefit the other states
as well.
Hether has been in the industry for 15 years and with RLH for three. Prior to joining RLH,
she spent six years with Aetna and six years with Regence on the medical side in Washington
and Oregon. She is originally from Bend, Oregon, and graduated from Portland State
University. Hether enjoys spending time with her husband Patrick and their two boys,
Jack–Henry and Asher.
