Tell us: How can we best provide information, training?
For the past five years we have held our University of Regence Symposium in the fall. It has been a wonderful venue for announcing new products, programs and services. In addition, we have appreciated the chance to share thoughts from our leadership, offer CE credits, provide networking opportunities and share a little entertainment. Attendance has grown; more than 550 agents attended last year's event!
While it's been wonderful to see such a tremendous response, we want to make sure that we can give you the detailed and tailored information you need to provide good service to your clients. To that end, we are re-evaluating how we reach out to you from product launches and trainings to process updates. We are trying to reach you in your work environment on a more frequent basis through webinars and other vehicles. In today's environment of health care reform, being mindful stewards of our members' dollars is prudent.
We would like your input on how we can provide you with the information and training you need to work with us. Watch for a survey in an upcoming issue of Agent News or contact your Regence Sales contact to share your thoughts.
