distinctive design that offers broad coverage and a
large provider network for employees—and
a dollar-wise solution for the employers.
The FourFront Plan features:
- Rates lower than Regence BlueShield's most popular
Preferred Plan (100/90/60/15)
- First-dollar medical and preventive care coverage
- Manageable member cost-sharing
- Broad Preferred Plan provider network (including
access to the worldwide BlueCard network) with no
PCP or referral requirements
