Regence Breakthru is a series of two individual and family products. Each product offers two deductible options along with these great features:
- Office Visits: Unlimited office visits* covered at 100% after the copay (before the deductible)**.
- Drugs: Generic prescription drugs paid with a copay (before meeting the deductible). The RegenceRx™ Discount Program is also available.
- Preventive Care Benefits: Available with Breakthru 70
- Regence Advantages: Discounts on health club memberships, LASIK surgery, contact lenses, and other services.

Also, clients who travel will have worldwide access to care through the BlueCard™ program.
Priced right for students and kids
One of Regence Breakthru’s more exciting features is its special pricing options for members age 24 or younger. These plans are a great option for clients who want to cover their kids and for students who need affordable coverage.
