We hope you’ll join us to experience the wonders of the Magic Kingdom, Epcot Center and Disney-MGM Studios. Escape the Pacific Northwest’s gray winter weather and recline by beautiful resort pools in the warm Florida sunshine. Play a round or two of golf on one of Walt Disney World’s five championship golf courses or visit the resort’s four theme parks. Experience the nightlife of Pleasure Island or dine at a wide selection of resort restaurants from the fun-filled 50’s Prime Time Café to the elegant Victoria and Albert’s. And, you won’t want to miss the nightly Electric Light Parade and Laser Show.

From February 25, 2005 through March 1, 2005, qualifiers and their companions will be swept off for five days and four nights to enjoy an unforgettable holiday at the Grand Floridian Resort and Spa, at DisneyWorld in Orlando, Florida.

To qualify, all you need to do is produce a minimum of $60,000 in new group life and disability annualized premium during 2004.

Agents and Brokers with more than $500,000 of in-force premium, who renew 95% or more of annualized premium, need only $50,000 in new group life and disability annualized premium to qualify. Qualifiers in this category will also receive one additional night stay plus dinner with the Regence Life and Insurance President.

Leaders Conference Official Program Rules
To qualify for the trip for two to the Grand Floridian Resort, participants must produce the minimum qualifying new group life and disability annualized premium from January 1, 2004 to December 31, 2004.

The qualifying premium for any sale will be issued to the individual producer or agency receiving the commission on that sale. No split credit is allowed. One sale cannot be used to qualify for more than one travel award. Awards are not transferable. Regence Life and Health reserves the right to make the final determination on any person’s eligibility to attend.

The Leaders Conference is intended as an opportunity to build positive relationships with our top-performing producers. In support of this philosophy, no cash or other substitution for a travel award will be permitted.
