Groups of all sizes have exciting new self-managed options starting today!
We are happy to announce that the quoting of our revolutionary new product, ActivateSM, and the expanded InnovaSM and EngageSM products has begun!

Innova, Engage and Activate are different from traditional health products because they're self-managed plans—a revolutionary new category of coverage that promotes healthy living and provides wellness resources, all with the goal of helping members make informed health care choices.

Innova provides predictability through Up-Front benefits for deductible-free access to office visits as well as radiology and laboratory services. Engage offers administrative simplicity through a single deductible and coinsurance structure. Both plans give the employer design flexibility to meet their group plan objectives. Also, the member is free to choose any provider. All providers—even non-participating ones—fall into one of three Categories. The member's share of the cost depends on the Category they choose.

We introduced Innova and Engage last year to groups of 2 to 99 employees. Due to their overwhelming success, we're now happy to offer them to groups of all sizes.

Like Innova and Engage, Activate provides design flexibility for employers, provider choice for members, and valuable wellness features for everyone. But it has an exciting and unique twist—instead of just encouraging wellness, Activate offers Web-based rewards to members who take an active role in their health.
