New member cards going to ActivateSM, InnovaSM and EngageSM members
Beginning July 11, ActivateSM, InnovaSM and EngageSM members will receive new member cards. The new cards will include the following enhancements:
- New design for easy reading
- Number of up-front office visits covered per year (Innova only)
- Office-visit copay (Innova only)
- Vision icon if vision has been purchased
- Health plan name
The cards will be mailed to current members starting July 11 and the mailing will include an insert describing the enhancements. The insert will also include a message letting the member know their benefits have not changed.
