Recommended High-Deductible Health Plans to Pair with VitalitySM

Vitality gives employers the flexibility they need to design an offering that’s a good fit for their employees. They can choose from a variety of high-deductible plans and/or a health savings account. We’ll work with you to come up with just the right solution.

Health Savings Accounts & High-Deductible Plans
We recommend pairing Vitality with the Regence HSA Healthplan since it gives employees a clear incentive to be savvier health care consumers. With employees sharing more of the cost, employers have more financial flexibility to invest in employee wellness programs. Other plan options include Regence ActivateSM, FourFrontSM or another high-deductible plan. These plan designs encourage employees to be more accountable for making good health care decisions.

Dual Option
Vitality allows employers to offer more than one health plan option. As long as there is an HSA or other high-deductible option in place, all employees can participate in Vitality’s wellness programs, regardless of the Regence plan they choose.
