    Regence HSA Healthplan You want more affordable health coverage that gives employees control over how they spend their health-care dollars. The Regence HSA Healthplan pairs a high-deductible health plan with a bank account where employers and consumers can set aside pre-tax funds for qualified medical expenses. These funds can accumulate interest and roll over at the end of the year.
