• Policies - Regence BlueShield uses Policies as guidelines for coverage determinations in all health care insurance products, unless otherwise indicated. Policies include Medical Policy, Medication Policy, Dental Policy, Behavioral Health Policy, Privacy Policy, and Provider Incentive Plan information.
