Dental providers now on separate directory
Participating dental providers are now located in a separate online directory and are no longer included in the same directory with medical providers.

New look for NDEX eligibility/benefit inquiry
For dental offices that use NDEX online services to verify Regence BlueShield eligibility and benefits, the inquiry has a new look. You will like what you see! We suggest that you do a sample eligibility/ benefit inquiry. Though the information is the same, the enhanced format is far easier to read and has the same look and feel as the previously updated claims status inquiry transaction.

By using the eligibility/benefit enhancement, you can view all Regence BlueShield coverage available for a member, including medical, dental, vision and pharmacy. In addition, the inquiry will let you know if, according to Regence BlueShield records, the member has other insurance and which is primary or secondary coverage.
