EncoreSM and ExpressionsSM

Our dental products are available to all size employer groups. They feature flexible options, allowing employers to choose provider networks, benefit levels and services.

Product overview

Encore provides preventive care at the lowest price possible. Benefits include:

  • Annual maximum of $500 or $750
  • Deductible may apply for all benefits
  • Eligible services are paid at 80% for preventive, 50% for restorative and 0% for major services.

Expressions provides upfront benefits to encourage preventive behavior and comprehensive coverage for when higher-priced treatments are needed.  Benefits include:

  • Annual maximum of $1,000, $1,500 or $2,000
  • Eligible services are paid at 100% for preventive (deductible is waived), 80% for restorative and 50% for major services
  • An orthodontia rider is available with this product. The lifetime maximum is $1,000 or $1,50r. Eligible services are paid at 50% after a 12 month waiting period.

Optional benefit
The following benefit for Temporomandibular Joint Disorders (TMJ) is available to employer groups in Washington state:

  • Deductible does not apply
  • $1,000 calendar-year maximum

Identifying members
Member cards (PDF) are plastic and have one of the following backgrounds:

  • A snowboarder image
  • Four cityscapes (Boise, Portland, Salt Lake City or Seattle)
  • Two graphic designs (diamonds or circles)

The card includes the following coverage indicators: medical (M), dental (D), vision (V) and prescription (RX) for each member. A “Y” indicates that the member has this benefit. Note: Individual member cards do not include these coverage indicators.
