Regence Innova®, Engage® and ActivateSM

Regence Innova, Engage and Activate products are available to all size employer groups. They feature flexible options; allowing employers to choose copayment, coinsurance and deductible amounts. Members can seek services from any provider.

  • Unique family or individual member cards with background images
  • Dedicated Customer Service phone number for Innova, Engage and Activate questions 1 (800) 253-0838
  • Members seek services from any provider on our networks or from non-contracted providers
  • Activate members are rewarded for participating in a wide variety of activities geared toward improving and maintaining health. Reward points earned upon completion of the activities are tracked in an individual Member Choice Account and convert to dollars that can be used to pay for covered medical expenses, including deductibles and coinsurance.

Identifying members

Copayment information for Innova is listed on the front of the member card. Coinsurance, deductible and network information is not included on the member cards. Please contact Regence Provider Customer Service for these products at 1 (800) 253-0838 or use Provider Center to receive coinsurance and deductible or network information for these members.
  • Key Differences
    • Innova, Engage and Activate members can choose from a selection of seven different backgrounds on their member cards
    • Members can also choose whether to have family or individual cards
    • Icons on the back of the card identify the various types of benefits available: medical, dental, vision and pharmacy.

Obtaining benefits, eligibility or claim informations

Use Provider Center for easy access to benefits, eligibility and claim status for patients with Innova, Engage and Activate. Physicians, other health care professionals and facilities are responsible for pre-authorizing all services listed on the Group and Individual Products Pre-authorization List »

Innova, Engage and Activate products have a unique Customer Service phone number for providers 1 (800) 253-0838.


Claim Vouchers

Claim Vouchers for Innova, Engage and Activate claims are unique and include:
  • Boxes around the headers for each amount
  • Line by line breakdowns
  • Codes billed by line item and then, if applicable, the code(s) bundled into them
  • Specific error messages

Activate Member Choice Fund payments

When an Activate member elects to use his or her Member Choice Fund to pay medical deductibles or coinsurance, the payment will be noted with a new explanation code of ZMO, Member Choice Account payment.
