Benefits for The Boeing Company employees are administered by BlueCross BlueShield of Illinois (BCBSIL). Regence BlueShield is now the Host Plan.
Member Cards
Boeing members have member cards issued by BCBSIL with one of the following BCBSIL alpha prefixes: BHP, BCU, BYR or BEM. It is important to include the alpha prefix when submitting claims.

Boeing behavioral health benefits administration, claims and appeals
The following guidelines apply to services on or after January 1, 2011:
ValueOptions® manages mental health and substance abuse benefits for most Boeing plans. Contact ValueOptions at 1 (800) 892-1411 or use ProviderConnect to verify member benefits and eligibility.
Claims
Providers that are contracted with ValueOptions can submit claims electronically or via paper.

Providers that are not contracted with ValueOptions must submit claims via paper. Electronic billing is not available.
