The New Office Staff Orientation is geared for employees who are new to Regence accounts or new to the industry. Our New Office Orientation will cover important industry information from the time the member enters the provider office until the claim clears our system. Subjects include: contacts & resources, administrative simplification, product lines, fundamentals of doing business with Regence, BlueCard^®, claim payment, vouchers and what’s new at Regence BlueShield.
